This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are issued for orders placed with Comfort Home.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are issued once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, provided it meets the conditions listed in our Return Policy.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will notify you and process your refund within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for used, washed, or altered products, or in cases where the return conditions have not been met.
